Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By using this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
PURCHASE, BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to make a reservation, you must first have a class credit or unlimited monthly membership. To buy a class or membership, log on to your account on this website (or create a new one). Please note that class prices are subject to change in the future. Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you submit your purchase. If you fail to pay any charges when due, Lync Cycling reserves the right to suspend or terminate your privileges. Class credits purchased will not be entitled to a refund. Monthly memberships on a non-recurring basis will also not be entitled to a refund after they have been purchased. Recurring monthly memberships will not be entitled to a refund, but a freeze on your account can be granted at the sole discretion of the studio by emailing email@example.com.
If you would like to cancel a class after it has been booked, you must do so more than 12 hours before your scheduled class time. You can cancel your reservation by logging onto your account and selecting the “Cancel” option next to your upcoming class. If you do not cancel at least 12 hours before the start of class, your session will not be returned to your account. If you are on a monthly membership, you will incur a $20 fee. Cancellations via electronic mail or text message will not be taken and you will be charged.
If you add yourself to the waitlist, you are solely responsible for managing your bookings and for cancelling your reservation within the bounds of the cancellation policy. Please be aware that the system will automatically add you into a class from the waitlist up to three hours before the class start time, so if you will not be able to attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist.
Lync Cycling front desk staff will release all open bikes one minute prior to the start of class to those on the standby list. If you are running late, please call the front desk so that they can hold your bike. Staff will add standby clients in the order in which they arrive at the studio.
