Nice to meet you.

Welcome to LYNC, where we believe COMMUNITY IS EVERYTHING. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, there’s always a place for you here. We pride ourselves on being more than just a fitness studio, but also a place to feel strong confident and happy.

We have two formats: Cycling and Core. Both classes are music-based and rhythmic. You can expect high power energy on both the bike and the mat. Our Core classes are a blend of yoga, Pilates, strength, sculpt and endurance training. You’ll get a full body workout and leave feeling accomplished!

Let's get sweaty.

Take your first class on us! That’s right. We want you to come sweat it out at no charge because we know you’ll love it.

Our #1 best selling bikes are Keiser M3i indoor cycling bikes that fit all shapes and sizes and complement beginner to advanced riders. You can expect a smooth ride from the magnetic resistance for extra ease on your joints.

Get strong.

Back to basics. No equipment, no gimmicks–just the music, a mat, and you.

CORE45 is a FULL BODY 45-minute rhythm-based movement class designed to strengthen, tone, and sculpt the body. Expect simple, repetitive movement, mixed in with explosive plyometrics, and to leave feeling rejuvenated and enlightened.
