CYCLE + ABS (50 mins)

Trying to decide between strength or cardio? Do both! Start with a 30 minute cycling class and end with 20 minutes of ab work off the bike to leave feeling refreshed and empowered.

I have been going to Lync for almost three years and I love it more and more each day! The classes are constantly challenging and are always a great workout. Their core workout is currently my favorite as it offers cardio but also strengthening and toning exercises! I have really seen a difference mentally and physically from doing the core workout consistently for the past year! The location in Snider Plaza is also so convenient! Highly recommend!

CORE

CORE: FULL BODY (45 mins)

Back to basics. No equipment, no gimmicks – just the music, a mat, and you. CORE45 is a FULL BODY 45-minute rhythm-based movement class designed to strengthen, tone, and sculpt the body. Expect simple, repetitive movement, mixed in with explosive plyometrics, and to leave feeling rejuvenated and enlightened.

CORE: ARMS + ABS (30 mins)

Everything you love about CORE – with a focus on upper body + abs. Shortened to 30 minutes to get you in, out, and on your way! You can expect the same great sweat with an emphasis on lengthening and toning.

CORE: AB BLAST (30 mins)

Not just your basic crunch! CORE – AB BLAST is a 30-minute specialty class, designed to target your mid-section. This workout will help strengthen & tone your entire core through a variety of movements synced to the beat of the music. *Modifications provided as needed.

CORE: ABS + GLUTES (30 mins)

Everything you love about CORE – with a focus on lower body, butt + abs. Shortened to 30 minutes to get you in, out, and on your way! You can expect the same great sweat with an emphasis on sculpting and toning. Using only your body weight, we’ll target the the problems areas through repetitive movement, explosive plyometrics, and endurance strength movement.

STRETCH30(30 mins)

Unwind on the mat with a 30 minute stretch session designed to relieve tension, stress, and leave you feeling inspired and renewed.
